Medical Insurance

Koza’s Inc. currently offers a medical insurance plan, in which, Koza’s pays 60% of the employee premium.  Employees are eligible for medical insurance after ninety days of employment.

 

401K Plan

Koza’s Inc. matches up to 4% of employee contributions with no vesting period.  Employees are eligible to participate after ninety days of employment.

 

Paid Holidays

Seven paid holidays are observed each calendar year.  Full time employees are eligible after ninety days of employment.

 

Paid Vacation

One week paid vacation is offered after one year of employment.  The length of paid vacation time grows with the years of full time employment.
