Since 1965 Koza's, Inc. has been selling, decorating and delivering quality logoed products to business and industry around the globe.  You will find our customers both large and small serving the Construction, Manufacturing, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical, Power Generation, Aviation, Transportation, Banking and Healthcare industries. 

An industry leader for more than fifty-eight years, the organization offices in Pearland, TX and has a 50,000 square foot facility, containing state of the art embroidery, screen print, laser engraving, art and graphics, heat seal and warehousing equipment.  In addition to our domestic production, global sourcing plays an important part in the day to day operations too.

 

Key Account Manager

 

Responsibilities include:

·         Building and developing trust relationships with Koza’s most significant customers. This newly created position is dedicated solely to Koza's highest revenue producing accounts.

·         Creating strategies to meet long-term goals and improve client’s overall brand.

·         Creating action plans to improve services and efficiencies to customer. This includes managing an online merchandise site - balancing inventory availability, adding new products, managing inventory turns, etc.

·         Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

·         Expand customer relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

·         Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

·         Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

·         Resolve any issues and problems timely and balancing fairness to Koza's and customer.

·         Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

·         Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

 

Preferred Requirements and Skills:

·         Proven experience as key account manager and managing web stores.

·         Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

·         Excellent organizational skills.

·         Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.

·         BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.

 

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
